    (1) Grants are available up to $1,000 (2) Funds may not be used for foods/parties or to pay teachers/applications for professional development. (3) Transportations costs can be funded if they represent no more than 25% of the total grant request. --- Additional information can be found in the Grant Guidance + Requirements Document on the FPPS website.

    Important: ALL fields must be filled in for the application to be considered complete. Proposal Expenses must equal Proposal Revenues. Please be sure to check that your proposal budget balances.
  • Expenses - Please describe each anticipated cost and, when appropriate, provide actual product descriptions or cost information. Describe the expenses as specifically as possible (i.e. - clay and paint rather than “supplies”) Please ensure that your list of expenses totals to the amount of revenue requested above.
