The Foundation for Portland Public Schools offers a variety of grant opportunities for Portland Public Schools staff and families. We have three main grant areas, all of which are accepting applications now:

• Equity and Innovation Fall Grants, designed to support classroom innovations which enhance learning experiences for students in Portland Public Schools in response to the Portland Strategic Plan Priorities.
• Co-Curricular Fall Grants, to provide financial support for co-curricular activities and nurture a sense of belonging, engagement, skill building, and improved student attendance.
• Food Fund Grants, a collaboration with PPS to provide community members the opportunity to invest in grassroots, school-based projects that build food security for PPS students and their families.

Equity and Innovation Fall Grants and Food Fund Grants can provide up to $1,500. Co-Curricular Fall Grants can provide up to $1,000. All applications are due October 1, 2025.
