FPPS Summer Planning Grants for Teachers (2026)

The FPPS Summer Planning Grants for Program is designed to support teachers (and other PPS staff) who want to work alone or in teams over the summer months to engage in curriculum planning, school team collaboration, or other summer work intended to advance new approaches to student learning or otherwise prepare for the 2026-2027 school year. Please read the guidelines before applying.

Part 3 – Budget

Important: FPPS grants will fund staff time only! Materials or conferences are not covered by this grant. The rate is $40/hour for staff time per the district. Please provide the total amount requested, along with staff names, their roles, and number of hours per person. Maximum awards are $800 per person and $5,000 for teams. Each team member can only be paid for up to 20 hours of work ($800).
