The Foundation for Portland Public Schools offers a variety of grant opportunities for Portland Public Schools staff and families. We have two grant areas that are accepting applications this spring:

• Staff Summer Planning Grants offers up to $800 per person or up to $5,000 for teams of PPS staff to engage in curriculum planning, school team collaboration, or other summer work intended to advance new approaches to student learning or otherwise prepare for the school year. (Applications open March 30.)
• The PPS Arts Partnership provides up to $8,000 in funding to schools to bring outstanding local artists into classrooms to support and enhance the curriculum through art projects or workshops over multiple sessions. (Applications open now!)
