As of July 1, Maine Community Swimming (MCS) has launched as an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit after two years of fiscal sponsorship at FPPS. While we’re sad to see them go, we’re thrilled that MCS is expanding their work of providing financially accessible and inclusive swimming and water safety programs in Greater Portland. They will continue to be an invaluable partner in working with Portland students.
